Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from musafir.com.

Activity Timing & Reporting
Guests must report at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or being considered a no-show.

Weather & Tide Conditions
Kayaking is subject to suitable weather, wind, sea, and tide conditions. The activity timing, route, and duration may be modified, postponed, or cancelled for safety or operational reasons.

Kayaking Route
The kayaking route through the mangroves may vary depending on tide levels, water conditions, and instructions from the activity guide.

Safety Equipment
Wearing the provided life jacket or buoyancy aid is mandatory throughout the kayaking activity. Guests must follow all safety instructions and briefings provided by the activity guide.

Health & Fitness
Guests should be in suitable physical condition to participate in kayaking. Guests with serious medical conditions, recent surgeries, mobility limitations, or other health concerns are advised to seek appropriate medical advice before participation.

Children & Minors
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and remain under adult supervision throughout the activity. Minimum age and participation requirements are subject to the confirmed activity operator's safety policy.

Swimming Ability
Guests are requested to inform the activity guide if they are non-swimmers or have limited swimming ability before the activity begins.

Guest Conduct
Guests must follow the instructions of the activity guide at all times. Unsafe behaviour, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate termination of participation.

Environmental Protection
Guests must respect the mangrove ecosystem and wildlife. Littering, damaging mangrove plants, disturbing wildlife, or walking through restricted mangrove areas is strictly prohibited.

Clothing & Personal Items
Comfortable sportswear or suitable water-friendly clothing is recommended. Guests are advised to carry sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, a change of clothes, and a waterproof bag for personal belongings.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for protecting their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, and electronic devices.  musafir.com shall not be responsible for loss or water damage to personal items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Kayak & Equipment Damage
Any damage to kayaks, paddles, life jackets, or other equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the responsible guest or booking party.

Alcohol & Smoking
Consumption of alcohol before or during the kayaking activity is not permitted. Smoking may be restricted or prohibited within the activity and mangrove areas.

Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife and bird sightings are natural occurrences and cannot be guaranteed.

Transfers
Transportation to and from the kayaking location is included only if specifically mentioned in the confirmed package or quotation.

Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation. Late arrivals, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations may be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

Activity Duration
The stated activity duration is approximate and may vary depending on tide, weather, guest ability, group size, and operational conditions.

Liability
Kayaking is an outdoor water-based activity involving inherent risks.  musafir.com and its service partners will take reasonable safety precautions; however, guests are required to follow all safety instructions and participate responsibly.

Acceptance of Terms
Confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions by the booking party and all participating guests
