No outside food or beverages allowed
Infant seats unavailable - Infants must sit on the laps of accompanying adults

We encourage all guests to take sea sickness tablets 30 to 60 minutes before the tour departure time as the vessel with not return to shore until the scheduled time

Please be present 15 minutes before your tour start time at the Box Park meeting point. Car parking is available

Amendment or changes to existing bookings can be done free of charge up to 72 hours before the service date (Subject to availability).

Cancellation due to weather:

Should a scheduled departure not be able to go ahead as planned due to adverse weather, guests will be informed at least 24 hours before the departure date
Guests will be notified of any cancellations via the email address provided at the time of booking
Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if a departure is cancelled due to bad weather
