By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, all venue rules, applicable laws of the State of Qatar, and any instructions issued by the Organiser, Venue Management, Security, and relevant Authorities.
1. AGE RESTRICTIONS & ADMISSION POLICY
The following age restrictions apply strictly and without exception:
- No people under the age of 7 years will be permitted entry to the Event.
- Standing (General Admission / Golden Circle) tickets are restricted to people aged 16 years and above only.
- Any person under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over.
- A maximum of four (4) people under the age of 16 may be accompanied by one (1) adult.
- Skybox tickets, where enhanced beverages are served, are restricted to persons aged 18 years and above.
Original and valid government-issued photo identification (QID, passport, or driver’s licence) must be presented upon request for age verification. Copies, screenshots, or digital images will not be accepted.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with this policy, without refund or compensation.
2. DRESS CODE & CONDUCT Attendees must be appropriately dressed at all times.
Clothing or items displaying political, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language, symbols, or imagery are strictly prohibited.
Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or non-compliant with instructions issued by security or authorities may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
3. SECURITY, SCREENING & ITEMS POLICY
For the safety and security of all attendees:
- All people and belongings are subject to search and security screening upon entry.
- Security reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items, refuse entry, or remove individuals at its discretion.
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
1. Mounts for photo and video equipment
2. Television and telecommunication equipment
3. Medical drugs exceeding personal medical requirements
4. Flagpoles
5. Body protection gear
6. Weapons of any type, including self-defence items, ammunition, gun components, piercing or bladed items
7. Professional work tools / tools of trade
8. Moving or gliding aircrafts, balloons, or inflatable balls
9. Animals
10. Containers, bottles, thermoses, and flasks of any material
11. Aerosol cylinders: compressed or liquefied gases, fuel liquids, flammable gases
12. Bulky items exceeding 30 × 30 × 15 cm
13. Food and beverages
14. Radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices
15. Flags and banners
16. Umbrellas
17. Equipment such as laser devices, lighting, sound amplification devices, including megaphones
18. Sports gear and equipment including bicycles, rollers, skateboards, kick scooters, helmets, balls, and frisbees
19. Musical instruments
20. Explosives, detonators, or items containing such materials or devices
21. Items with political, offensive, or discriminatory messages
22. Lighters and matches
23. Promotional and commercial items or materials
24. Coloring substances, powdery material, and sprays (except personal makeup items)
25. Binoculars or optical magnifying equipment, and camera lenses larger than 20 cm
26. Poisonous, noxious, pungent, oxidising, combustible, toxic, radioactive, caustic, or corrosive substances
27. Detachable cameras, helmets, or face coverings (unless for verified cultural or religious reasons)
28. Stuffed toys
29. Studded belts or bracelets
30. Selfie sticks
31. Payment devices such as card machines
32. Imitation of official uniforms
33. Glass of any kind, including perfume and aftershave bottles
34. Strollers and prams
35. Chairs
Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of security or relevant authorities as indicated on official event signage.
- 3.2 ALLOWED ITEMS – ACCREDITED PEOPLE ONLY
The following items are permitted for accredited people only (e.g. staff, media, partners), subject to role-based access and security screening:
- Mounts for photo and video equipment (media exceptions apply)
- Backpacks and suitcases
- Laptops, computers, tablets, power banks, and hard drives
- Food items in plastic or paper containers for personal consumption
- Megaphones and sound amplifiers
- Work tools displaying an official “tools of trade” pictogram
- Radio-electronic and high-frequency devices
- Television and telecommunication equipment
- Personal makeup products
- Perfumes in glass bottles (maximum 50ml), sanitizers and disinfectants (maximum 100ml)
- Non-alcoholic beverages in sealed plastic bottles or cans only (maximum 1.5L / 1500ml unbranded)
- Medication within authorised limits
- Spectators are not permitted to bring the above items unless explicitly authorised.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESThe following activities are not permitted within the stadium or surrounding controlled areas:
1. Unauthorized access to restricted or operational zones
2. Starting fires or launching fireworks or pyrotechnics
3. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets
4. Gambling, betting, or courtsiding
5. Removing clothing or remaining in a state of undress or revealing intimate body parts
6. Broadcasting, recording, or streaming for commercial purposes
7. Any act that violates stadium rules, ticketing terms, public safety, or the reputation of the Event
8. Selling goods or conducting any commercial activity
9. Actions causing crowd congestion or risk of stampede, including sitting on stairways or concourses
Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund and further action by authorities.
5. TICKET VALIDITY, ENTRY & RE-ENTRY- A valid ticket is required for every attendee, regardless of age.
- Tickets are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
- Tickets purchased through Platinumlist may be transferred using the Platinumlist app, otherwise they are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
- Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing platforms only.
- Each ticket permits single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.
- Ticket resale, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without compensation.
6. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDSThe Organiser shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, public health or security concerns, or force majeure events.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s official refund policy and communicated via the authorised ticketing platform.
7. GENERAL GUIDELINES / INFORMATION
Gates will open at 5pm. Any variation will be communicated in advance of the Event date and are subject to local authority instructions.
- 7.2 Respect for Qatar’s Culture
All attendees are expected to respect Qatar’s culture, traditions, laws, and public decency standards. Non-compliance may result in removal from the venue.
- 7.3 Photography & Recording
Professional photography, video recording, and live streaming are not permitted without prior authorisation.
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, broadcast, and archival purposes. CCTV surveillance will be in operation throughout the venue.
- 7.4 Liability, Lost & Found
Attendance is at your own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. A Lost & Found facility will be available at the venue.
Wheelchair-accessible viewing areas and facilities will be available inside the venue. If you require accessible seating, please contact the official ticketing vendor and select the appropriate accessible ticket type when purchasing.
Official event merchandise will be available for purchase inside the venue only.

- Public Transport Access: Ras Bu Abboud Metro Station on the Gold Line
- Parking: Available at Stadium 974 (Please follow event signage)
- Taxi Services: Karwa taxis will be available for drop-off and pick-up in designated areas.
Further information will be provided directly to ticket holders in advance of the event.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONSThe Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required in the interest of safety, security, or compliance with authority requirements.
