Dinner In The Sky Qatar

1. General Terms

• Visitors and users ("Customers") of the online reservation system ("System") must comply with the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
• The Organizer (Luxury Trade and Marketing Group W.L.L.) reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing updates on dinnerinthesky.qa.

2. Definitions

• Seats: Refers to seating on the Dinner in the Sky (DITS) platform.
• Event: Refers to the Dinner in the Sky Qatar experience.
• Venue: Any location where the event is held.
• Organizer: The event organizer.
• You: The seat purchaser or an authorized individual acting on your behalf.

3. Ticketing & Seat Policies

• All prices are in Qatari Riyals and include local taxes.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
• Online ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased via resellers (Viagogo, Dubizzle, etc.) are invalid.
• A valid seat confirmation and photo ID (matching the payment card) must be presented for entry.
• Seat confirmations must not be altered or defaced; doing so may invalidate your seat.
• Any errors in the purchase process cannot be rectified afterward. Customers should check seat confirmations immediately.
• The Organizer only accepts responsibility for tickets bought through official sales channels.
• One seat admits one person only. Seat arrangements are determined by the Organizer.
• Exchanging seats, tickets, or categories is not allowed.
• Tickets cannot be replaced or reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged.

4. Admission & Attendance

• Customers must ensure they meet age and height requirements (14+ years or accompanied by an adult if under 14, minimum height of 140 cm).
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in case of health and safety concerns, or if entry is denied by the Event Organizer.
• The dress code set by the Organizer must be followed.
• Customers must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled session. If the platform has already been lifted, entry will not be permitted, and no refund will be given.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse re-entry once the session has started.
• The event lineup is subject to change.
• The Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen property, injuries, or damages sustained at the event.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• The Organizer may postpone, delay, or cancel the event due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation by the Organizer:

• If weather insurance is purchased, a full refund will be provided within 21 days.
• Without weather insurance, a voucher of equal value will be issued for use during the event’s duration.
• Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability.

6. Liability

• The Organizer is not liable for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) resulting from event changes or cancellations.
• Customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.

7. Safety & Conduct

• The Organizer has full discretion over the height of the table based on safety recommendations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Throwing objects from the platform is strictly forbidden.
• Customers must follow all safety instructions from staff. Failure to comply may result in ejection without a refund.
• Only small personal items (phones, cameras) are allowed on the platform. Lockers will be provided for larger items.

8. Data, Media & Privacy

• The Organizer may collect and use customer information for booking and marketing purposes.
• By attending, customers agree that their images may be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and social media.
• Customers who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the Organizer in writing before the event.
• Unauthorized recording, transmission, or broadcasting of the event is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recordings may be confiscated and destroyed.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, with disputes settled in Qatari courts.
