Age & Admission Policy

• All children aged 2 years and above require a ticket.
• Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.

Venue Policies

• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue.
• Strictly no re-admission once tickets have been scanned.
• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm are not permitted.
• No storage or cloakroom facilities are available.

Accessibility

• Access is available for People of Determination.
• Accessible tickets must be purchased to ensure appropriate seating and services.

Show & Security Notices

• No professional cameras are allowed inside the venue.
• Strobe and flashing light effects occur during the show.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
• No Re-entry once your ticket is scanned.

• Casual/Formal

By car: Take Al Rayyan Rd onto Huwar St followed by Al Luqta Service St. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit, then turn right to reach your destination.   

By public transportation: You can take the green line to the Qatar National Library stop and have a short walk from there.    

By taxi: You can easily use taxis or ride-hailing apps to get to your destination.
