All activities must be booked in advance through our official platform or authorized representatives.
Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows.
In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.

Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture without refund.

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor.
