By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.  

1. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are valid only for the Event, date, time, and ticket category stated.
Tickets must be purchased through authorized ticketing channels only.

2. Ticket Transfer
Tickets are transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer or ticketing platform. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.

3. Entry Requirements
Attendees must present a valid ticket and, where required, valid identification. Age restrictions and other entry requirements must be observed. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for invalid tickets or non-compliance with Event or venue requirements.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event date, time, venue, program, seating arrangement, or other Event details when necessary. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy
For an Event cancellation, eligible refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the official cancellation announcement. Refunds are subject to the processing time of the ticketing/payment provider. Booking, service, or transaction fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

6. Photography & Recording
Photography, video recording, audio recording, and livestreaming are strictly prohibited during the show unless authorized by the Organizer. The Event may be professionally photographed or recorded for marketing, advertising, promotional, and documentation purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such content.

7. Code of Conduct
Attendees must comply with Event rules, venue regulations, security instructions, and applicable laws. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, without refund where permitted by law.

8. Seating & Venue
The Organizer reserves the right to modify seating arrangements or venue layout for operational, safety, security, or regulatory reasons. Where necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an equivalent or comparable seating arrangement.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or damaged tickets. Entry may be denied for invalid or duplicated tickets.

10. Liability & Force Majeure
Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. The Organizer shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, emergencies, severe weather, security concerns, or other force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Compliance with Law
All attendees must comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, as well as all applicable venue and Event rules.

12. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
