• All activities must be booked in advance through our official platform or authorized representatives.
• Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows.
• In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.

• Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture without refund.

• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor.
• Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility.
• Participants engage in activities at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activity.

• Certain activities have minimum age or physical fitness requirements. Please check individual activity descriptions before booking.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from a guardian.

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is recommended.
• For water-based activities, bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.
• Closed shoes are recommended for desert and ATV experiences.

• Transportation is included only when specified in the activity description.

• Guests are expected to respect the natural environment and wildlife during all activities.
• Littering or damage to protected areas may result in fines or expulsion from the activity.

• The operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• The Supplier will contact you to coordinate the pick up location

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along Grand Hammad Street, merging onto Al Corniche, continuing straight, and then turning right with the destination on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take bus 821 to the Box Park 1 bus stop, followed by a two-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
