Cairokee Live in Qatar

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
  
• Tickets are valid only for the event date and venue stated on the ticket.
  
  
• The event is open to guests aged 13 years and above.
  
  
• Guests under the age of 18 must comply with the venue's applicable entry requirements and policies.
  
  
• A valid ticket must be presented upon entry, either digitally or in printed form, where applicable.
  
  
• Each ticket permits one person only to enter the event.
  
  
• Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused or transferred to another person.
  
  
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
  
  
• The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the event or venue rules.
  
  
• Doors open at 6:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for security checks and entry procedures.
  
  
• The opening performance by DJ Raff is scheduled to begin as part of the event program. Performance times may be subject to change.
  
  
• Cairokee are scheduled to take the stage at 9:30 PM, subject to any unforeseen changes to the event schedule.
  
  
• The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, lineup, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
  
  
• In the event of postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified through the official event communication channels, and any applicable refund policy will be communicated accordingly.
  
  
• No outside food, beverages, professional cameras, recording equipment, or other prohibited items may be brought into the venue unless expressly authorized.
  
  
• Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security inspection upon entry.
  
  
• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, in accordance with venue regulations.
  
  
• Guests must follow all security, safety, and venue instructions throughout the event.
  
  
• Re-entry may not be permitted once a guest has exited the venue.
  
  
• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable rules of the venue and event organizer.
  
  
• The organizer and venue are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
  
  
• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event-related media.

By car: Take Al Rayyan Rd onto Huwar St followed by Al Luqta Service St. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit, then turn right to reach your destination.   

By public transportation: You can take the green line to the Qatar National Library stop and have a short walk from there.    

By taxi: You can easily use taxis or ride-hailing apps to get to your destination.
