• Booking Confirmation
  All bookings are subject to availability and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from musafir.com.

• Pick-Up & Drop-Off
  Guests must be ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the advised time. Delays caused by guests may result in a reduced tour duration or missed attractions.

• Tour Duration
  The tour duration is approximate and may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, security restrictions, and operational circumstances.

• Itinerary & Sequence
  The sequence of the tour and sightseeing points may be changed without prior notice due to traffic, road closures, weather conditions, official events, or operational requirements.

• Attraction Availability
  Visits to museums, cultural sites, mosques, markets, and other attractions are subject to their respective opening hours, availability, prayer timings, public holidays, and temporary closures.

• Entrance Fees
  Entrance fees are included only where specifically mentioned in the confirmed tour inclusions. Any additional entrance fees or optional activities shall be payable directly by the guest unless otherwise agreed.

• Photo Stops
  Photo stops are subject to accessibility, parking availability, traffic conditions, and local regulations. The duration of each stop may vary.

• Dress Code & Local Customs
  Guests are advised to dress modestly and respect Qatar's local culture and traditions. Appropriate attire may be required for entry to certain religious or cultural attractions.

• Guest Conduct
  Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide, driver, and attraction authorities.  musafir.com reserves the right to discontinue the tour for any guest whose behaviour may affect the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

• Children & Minors
  Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the tour. Child seats must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

• Meals & Refreshments
  Meals and refreshments are included only if specifically mentioned in the confirmed package. Special dietary requirements must be advised in advance.

• Personal Belongings
  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.  musafir.com shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Photography & Videography
  Guests must respect photography restrictions at government buildings, religious sites, museums, and other restricted locations. Permission should be obtained before photographing local residents where appropriate.

• Cancellation & No-Show
  Cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

• Force Majeure & Operational Changes
   musafir.com reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the tour due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, official events, security situations, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Tour Guide Services
  Guide services will be provided only if specifically mentioned in the confirmed booking. The language of the guide is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

• Vehicle Allocation
  Vehicle type and capacity will be allocated based on the confirmed number of guests and operational requirements. Specific vehicle models are subject to availability unless expressly confirmed.

• Liability
   musafir.com will take reasonable care in arranging and operating the tour. However,  musafir.com shall not be responsible for delays, closures, or service disruptions caused by third-party attractions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Acceptance of Terms
  Confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions by the booking party and all participating guests.
