Please note that all seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure your preferred seats.

• Guests are kindly requested to remain seated and avoid unnecessary movement or noise during the performance. Please be respectful of the artist and fellow audience members to ensure everyone enjoys an uninterrupted and memorable experience
• Children under the age of seven (7) will not be admitted into the area.
• Venue doors open 1:30 hour before show.
• Guests aged between 14 years and 18 year must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above.
• Strictly no re-admission.
• Food and beverage purchased outside the venue are not permitted.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• No professional cameras, audio or video recorders allowed within the venue.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. Online ticket resale is prohibited.
• If the ticket is bought via a reseller such as an Online ticket shop, Viagogo or Dubizzle is considered invalid, and entry to the event will be declined.
• This e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by the venue staff.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholders from the venue.
