• 18+ ONLY – Original Qatar ID or Passport required. No copies accepted.
• No national dress, religious dress, or head coverings of any kind.
• All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Tickets are transferable and must be used by the named ticket holder.
• Valid QID or passport must be presented at check-in at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium.
• No private cars or taxis are allowed at the Ras Abrouq site. All attendees must use the shuttle service Except for VVIPs & VIPs.
• Right of admission is reserved—organizers have the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unfit to attend.
• Strictly 18+—proof of age may be required.
• No outside food, drinks, or prohibited items are allowed inside the festival site.
• Attendees must follow all event rules, security, and staff instructions at all times.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the removal from the event without a refund.

Shuttle service will take all guests inside Ras Abrouq area, departing from Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium

• Free car parking is available at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium
• Shuttle Service to the event: Buses run from Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium to Ras Abrouq (Ingress 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Shuttle Service back to Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium: Buses run from 9 PM –1:00 AM back to Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium.
• Karwa Taxis Available: If you want a direct ride home (taxis are chargeable).
• Return journey time:Approx. 30 minutes
