2. Offer/Event Details:

• Price: QAR 150 per person (Ages 12+ must be accompanied by an adult)
• Enjoy unlimited access to Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark from 8:00 PM to midnight. Your ticket includes all-night entry to glowing water slides, thrilling rides, and nonstop entertainment throughout the park.

3. Sale/Booking Period:

• Tickets can be purchased online in advance from 19 June to 3 July or on-site at the event itself on 3 July.

4. Redemption Period:

• The tickets purchased during the period may be redeemed at Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark on 3 July only.
• Tickets are valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed within the specified redemption period or on the selected visit date as indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Transferable:

• Tickets purchased under this offer are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has purchased the ticket and its companions.

6. Availability and Access:

• Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark reserves the right to limit or adjust ticket availability based on operational capacity, safety regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All park rules, regulations, safety guidelines and operational hours must be followed while at Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark. Failure to comply with park policies may result in revocation of entry.

7. Exclusions:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
• The offer is not applicable to corporate or event bookings unless specified by Desert Falls management.
• This offer is not applicable to Desert Falls attractions such as canyoning, go karting, laser tag, aqua glide and scuba diving.

8. Changes and Cancellations:

• Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer/event at any time without prior notice, including altering the promotion's terms or conditions due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Desert Falls is not responsible for any personal loss or inconvenience caused by changes to the offer.

9. Refunds:

• Tickets purchased under this offer/event are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, and refunds will only be provided if Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark cancels the offer/event.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by the use of the ticket or participation in any activities within the park, except as required by applicable law.

11. Force Majeure:

• Desert Falls Sea Caves Waterpark is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of nature, emergencies, pandemics, or any situation beyond the park's control.

12. Acceptance of Terms:

• By purchasing tickets under this offer/event, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
