MUSEUM TOUR – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Booking Confirmation
  All bookings are subject to availability and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from  musafir.com

• Museum Admission & Tickets
  Museum entrance is subject to ticket availability and the respective museum's admission policy. Advance reservation or timed-entry tickets may be required.

• Reporting & Pick-Up Time
  Guests must be ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the advised time. Late arrival may result in reduced tour duration or missed museum entry slots.

• Museum Opening Hours
  Museum visits are subject to official opening hours, closure days, public holidays, Ramadan timings, official events, and temporary operational changes.

• Itinerary & Museum Selection
  The museums and attractions included in the tour will be as specified in the confirmed itinerary. The sequence of visits may be amended due to operational requirements, traffic, or museum availability.

• Temporary Gallery or Exhibition Closures
  Certain galleries, exhibitions, or sections may be temporarily closed without prior notice.  musafir.com shall not be responsible for closures or restricted access imposed by the museum authorities.

• Entrance Fees
  Entrance fees are included only where specifically mentioned in the confirmed package. Special exhibitions, workshops, or additional activities may carry separate charges.

• Dress Code
  Guests are required to dress modestly and respect local culture. Shoulders and knees should be appropriately covered. Museum authorities reserve the right to refuse entry where attire is considered unsuitable.

• Security Screening & Restricted Items
  All guests are subject to museum security procedures. Large bags may be required to be checked, and restricted or prohibited items will not be permitted inside museum premises.

• Photography & Videography
  Photography is subject to the respective museum's regulations. Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks may be prohibited. Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval from the relevant authorities.

• Food & Beverages
  Food and beverages are not permitted inside museum galleries unless specifically allowed by the museum authorities.

• Children & Minors
  Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult throughout the tour. Museum-specific age and supervision requirements shall apply.

• Tour Guide Services
  Guide services are included only if specifically mentioned in the confirmed package. Guide language is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

• Guest Conduct
  Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide, museum staff, and security personnel. Touching exhibits, crossing restricted areas, or any behaviour that may damage museum property is strictly prohibited.

• Accessibility & Special Requirements
  Guests with mobility or accessibility requirements are requested to inform  musafir.com in advance to allow suitable arrangements, subject to the facilities available at the respective museum.

• Personal Belongings
  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.  musafir.com shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Tour Duration
  The stated tour duration is approximate and may vary depending on museum entry procedures, visitor flow, traffic conditions, and operational circumstances.

• Cancellation & No-Show
  Cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation. Non-refundable museum tickets, where applicable, will be charged accordingly.

• Force Majeure & Operational Changes
   musafir.com reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the tour due to government restrictions, official events, security requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Liability
   musafir.com acts as the tour organiser and shall take reasonable care in arranging the services.  musafir.com shall not be responsible for museum closures, restricted gallery access, or changes imposed by museum authorities.

• Acceptance of Terms
  Confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions by the booking party and all participating guests.
