• Booking Confirmation
  All bookings are subject to availability and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from musafir.com.

• Guest Information
  Accurate guest details, including the number of adults and children, must be provided at the time of booking.

• Health & Safety
  Desert Safari and dune bashing are adventure activities involving off-road driving and sudden vehicle movements. Guests with back or neck problems, serious medical conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnant guests are advised not to participate in dune bashing.

• Children & Infants
  Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Participation of infants and young children in dune bashing is subject to safety considerations and operational approval.

• Seat Belts & Safety Instructions
  All guests must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion and strictly follow the instructions provided by the safari driver or guide.

• Pick-Up & Drop-Off
  Guests must be ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the advised time. Delays caused by guests may result in a reduction of the tour duration or, where operationally necessary, cancellation of the service.

• Tour Duration & Itinerary
  Tour duration is approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, desert conditions, and other operational factors. The sequence of the itinerary may be amended without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.

• Weather & Operational Conditions
  The Desert Safari is subject to suitable weather, desert, and safety conditions. musafir.com reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tour where conditions are considered unsafe or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Cancellation & No-Show
  Cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

• Personal Belongings
  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. musafir.com shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Activity Inclusions
  Only the services and activities specifically mentioned under the confirmed package inclusions are included. Optional activities and additional services will be charged separately unless otherwise stated.

• Liability
  Guests participate in the Desert Safari with acknowledgement of the inherent risks associated with desert and off-road activities. musafir.com and its service partners will take reasonable safety precautions but shall not be responsible for incidents arising from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

• Damage to Vehicle or Equipment
  Any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment due to negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the responsible guest or booking party.

• Photography & Videography
  Photography and videography may take place during the tour. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content are requested to inform the musafir.com team in advance.

• Acceptance of Terms
  Confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions by the booking party and all participating guests.
