• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through Platinumlist or purchased on-site at the venue on the event days, subject to availability.
• Online ticket resale is prohibited.
• Tickets purchased via resellers like Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, or Dubizzle are invalid and entry will be declined.
• Attendees must ensure they meet the required age to enter the event.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee
• who breaches these Terms &Conditions or compromises the safety, security, or enjoyment of the event at any time.
• By attending CardzCon, visitors acknowledge that photography and videography will take place throughout the event and consent to the use of their image in promotional,
• marketing, and editorial materials without compensation.
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Customers must abide by any dress code set by the Event Organizer, if applicable.
• CardzCon reserves the right to inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry.
• Prohibited or dangerous items may be confiscated or refused entry.
• The Event Organizer is not obliged to refund tickets if entry is refused due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable venue policies.
• Customers are responsible for attending the event at the correct time; non-attended
• events will not be refunded.
• The Event Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property or for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while attending the event, except where required by applicable law.
• The Event Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• Replacement tickets will be issued only at the Event Organizer& sole discretion.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading along Amkasah Street, merging onto Al Funduq Street, continuing on Hadat Mejaibel Street, and following the final turn to the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
