• If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading toward Umm Jawlaq Street, taking the second exit at the roundabout onto Al Dana Street, turning right onto Metaibna Street, continuing to Wadi Al Markh Street, and turning right to arrive. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation:For the shortest walking distance, take bus  M311 to Al Magareen Street, followed by a three-minute walk. 

By taxi:You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
