Please be advised that this event will operate under a strict no mobile phone policy. All guests will be required to place their phones and smart devices into sealed security envelopes upon entry. These envelopes will remain sealed for the duration of the event and can only be opened upon exit.  

This process is designed to protect the privacy of the performance and ensure a distraction-free experience for all attendees. We kindly ask for your full cooperation, as entry will not be permitted without adhering to this policy.    

Minmum Age / Age Restriction : This event is suitable for audiences 16 and above

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the specific circumstances detailed with below.

• Tickets are valid only for the date, time and venue stated, and for the seating category purchased.

• The Ticket-Holder is responsible for purchasing tickets from authorised channels (e.g., the official website or app). Tickets bought from unauthorised resale channels may be invalidated and refuse entry.

• In the event of cancellation of the entire event by the promoter, ticket holders may be offered a refund or exchange as communicated by the promoter and ticketing agent. Minor changes (e.g., performer-line-up changes, slight time-shift of less than 4 hours) will not constitute reason for refund.

• If the event is postponed and you cannot attend on the new date, the promoter shall communicate your options (refund, exchange, etc).

• If the venue is changed to one that is significantly different (e.g., location, capacity, amenities) the promoter may offer refund options.

• No refunds are payable for change of mind, arrival delay, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with performance.

• Unless explicitly provided, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If a refund is accepted under the limited circumstances outlined above, it will be issued according to the payment method used originally. The promoter/ticketing agent may retain an administration fee (e.g., up to 8%) to cover service charges, processing fees, bank charges.
