LEGO® SHOWS Qatar will take place from June 7 to 22, 2025, at the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC), Halls 8 and 9, covering an impressive 10,000 square meters of LEGO® fun.   

This exciting event is a vibrant celebration of creativity for LEGO® fans of all ages — from curious kids to lifelong builders. Designed for families, LEGO® enthusiasts, and schools, the event features dedicated zones packed with hands-on activities, a massive LEGO-themed inflatable playground, and multiple stage areas hosting daily live shows and performances.   

Guests can also enjoy a cozy cinema zone screening four different LEGO® movies daily, and refuel at the Food Arena, offering a variety of delicious cuisines from local and international vendors.   

It’s not just an event, it’s a 10,000 sqm world of imagination, color, building, and adventure. Whether you're a builder, a dreamer, or simply looking for a fun day out, LEGO® SHOWS Qatar is the place to be!

  • Children under 1 enter for free but must be accompanied by a paid guardian.

  • Event Timings

    • Event timings may change due to weather conditions, government instructions, or for any reason concerning visitor safety.

    • No refunds are granted for changes in timings for the above reasons.

  • Ticket Refunds and Exchanges

    • Tickets are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described in the Refunds Policy.

    • Tickets cannot be exchanged except as described in the Refunds Policy.

  • Ticket Transfer and Resale

    • Tickets may only be transferred to immediate family members or friends of the original buyer.

    • Transferred tickets must never be sold for more than the original purchase price.

    • Tickets are for the use of the named buyer or their immediate family or friends.

    • Tickets resold for commercial gain above their original price may be cancelled without refund and deemed invalid for entry.

  • Secondary Ticketing Warnings

    • Customers are advised not to purchase tickets from secondary websites (e.g. Viagogo, StubHub, Getmein, Online Ticket Shop, eBay).

    • Tickets bought through such platforms may be invalid or cancelled.

    • In some regions, ticket resale is illegal.

  • Entry Requirements

    • Customers may be required to show proof of original purchase at the event entrance.

    • Acceptable forms of ID include:

      • Passport

      • Driver’s license

      • National ID card

      • Original credit/debit card used for purchase

  • Group Entry

    • If multiple tickets are bought by one customer for the same event, all members of the group should enter together with the purchaser.

  • Ticket Protection

    • Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets (both printed and electronic).

    • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

    • If an electronic ticket is copied or stolen (e.g. via hacked/shared email) and used before the original buyer arrives, the original buyer will be refused entry with no refund provided.

  • Ticket Delivery

    • Full payment is typically required at the time of purchase.

    • Tickets are usually sent to the customer via email shortly after purchase.

  • Fraudulent Payments

    • Tickets purchased with a stolen or unauthorized credit/debit card may be cancelled without refund.

  • Event Entry and Venue Policies
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any restrictions placed on entry to the event before purchasing a ticket, such as:

      • Age restrictions

      • Dress code requirements

    • No refunds will be provided if entry to the event is denied by the promoter or venue for reasons including (but not limited to):

      • Failure to meet dress code

      • Failure to meet age restrictions

      • Dangerous, disruptive, unruly, or unlawful behavior

    • All tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the event and venue. Customers are responsible for:

      • Abiding by all applicable rules

      • Familiarizing themselves with the rules before purchasing a ticket

    • The promoter and venue management reserve the right of entry and may conduct security searches at any time for safety purposes.

    • If a customer is ejected from an event by the promoter, venue management, or security, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

    • Many venues operate a “no re-entry” policy:

      • If you leave the venue during the event, you may not be allowed to re-enter with the same ticket.

      • No refunds will be issued for refusal of re-admission due to this policy.

    • The promoter or venue may restrict certain items from being brought into the event, including but not limited to:

      • Food and beverages

      • Cameras, video/audio recording equipment

      • Seating, selfie sticks

      • Any items considered unlawful, hazardous, or potentially dangerous

    • No responsibility or refund will be provided if:

      • A customer is denied entry or ejected for bringing restricted items

      • Items are confiscated by the promoter or venue

      • Personal belongings are lost or stolen

      • A customer is injured at the event


  • Attendance Responsibility
    • Customers are responsible for attending the event on the correct date and time.

      • Check the event schedule before traveling.

      • No liability is accepted for any loss due to failure to verify event details.

    • If the event is cancelled or postponed, refunds may be offered according to the Refunds Policy.

    • No refunds will be issued for:

      • Customers who fail to attend

      • Customers who arrive late and are refused entry

    • Many events have a “last admission” time, which may be earlier than the end time of the event:

      • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of this time.

      • No refunds will be given if admission is denied due to late arrival.

Ticket Delivery and Collection
  • Tickets are issued electronically as PDF files via email or SMS.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:

    • Provide a valid and correct email address and mobile number for ticket delivery.

    • Check their inbox for the email containing the PDF ticket.

  • The PDF ticket can be printed and used for entry to the event.

  • In some regions, ticket delivery as a URL link via SMS to a smartphone is available for a small additional fee.

Ticket Exchange for Printed Entry Passes
  • For certain events, electronic PDF tickets must be exchanged for printed tickets issued by the promoter.

    • Ticket exchange booths are usually located near the event entrance.

  • In such cases, customers will be required to present the following to exchange their ticket:

  • A printed copy of the electronic ticket or the ticket number (mandatory in all cases)

  • One of the following original forms of photo identification:

    • Valid driver’s license (issued by a government authority)

    • Valid national identity card

    • Valid passport


Accessing Tickets Online
  • Electronic tickets can be re-printed at any time from the "My Calendar" section of the website, provided the customer is logged into their account.

Ticket Sales and Refund Policy
  • Tickets are sold on behalf of event promoters, who are solely responsible for organizing and managing the event.

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must check for entry restrictions such as age limits or dress codes before purchasing tickets.

  • No refunds will be provided if entry is declined due to:

    • Failure to meet entry requirements (e.g., age or dress code)

    • Disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior

  • Promoters and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission at any time, without giving a reason.

  • Customers ejected from the event for any reason are not entitled to a refund.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances Only)

Customers may apply for a refund in writing within 24 hours of the official announcement of event cancellation or postponement, but only in the following cases:

  • Event Cancellation – The event is cancelled for any reason.

  • Significant Time Change – The event's start or end time changes by 4 hours or more.

  • Event Postponement – If the event is postponed:

    • The original ticket may be valid for the new date, or

    • For events with multiple performances, the ticket may be exchanged for another performance of similar value and quality.

  • Venue Change – If the venue is changed:

    • To a location at least 40 km away from the original venue, or

    • To a venue of significantly lower quality in terms of facilities, services, or atmosphere.


Refund Process
  • Refunds are considered only for the situations listed above (points 1–4).

  • Additional documentation or proof may be required.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted to cover administrative and banking costs.


Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
  • Minor changes to event time or duration

  • Substitutions or changes to supporting artists

  • Technical issues or dissatisfaction with performance

  • Customer’s personal opinion of the event

  • Event abandonment after it has started (e.g., due to weather or force majeure)

  • By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to this Refunds Policy.

  • To request a refund under the allowed circumstances:

    • Submit a written request via email

    • Include your transaction number, ticket number(s), email address, full name, and phone number
