Your ticket is only for the event, day, and time you bought it for. No swaps, no repeats.

“No Outside Chow, Chowhound!” 
Bringing your own snacks? Not happening! Food and drinks from outside are a no-go. The W’s famous cocktails and munchies will be available for purchase.

“Too Tipsy to Tango? You’re Outta Here!” 
If you show up sloshed or on something extra, you won’t be let in—and you ain’t getting your money back either!

“Punctuality is Groovy!” 
Don’t roll up late and expect a do-over. The fun only lasts when the fun people show! No refunds for no-shows.

“Keep Your Eyes on Your Prized Possessions!”

In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of our security personnel. They are trained to handle any situation and ensure everyone's safety.

If security thinks you’re causing a ruckus, being reckless, or acting sketchy, they’ve got the right to send you packing.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northwest on Al Corniche, continuing straight onto Dafna St/Diplomatic St, and turning left onto Aba Almsan-Blumsan St/Balmesan. Your destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised for the best route.    

By public transportation: To reach your destination, you can take buses, including bus 806, to the Beach Tower bus stop, followed by an eight-minute walk. You could also take the Red line to the DECC stop, followed by a 13-word walk.     

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or ride-hailing app.
