Move Freely - Saturday October, 31

5.00 PM – 5.50 PM

Led by lululemon Ambassadors, Katy Dilibero and Sole Worrell.

This grounding evening experience moves from purposeful Pilates to flowing movement and guided breathwork. Gradually soften the effort, quiet the mind, and tune into yourself.

Strength to Stillness- Saturday October, 31

6.30 PM – 7.20 PM

Led by Maria Chirculete

This grounding evening experience includes free-moving flow and an invitation to release the day and reconnect with your body. As movement gradually slows and softens, you will be guided into a deep, restorative wind-down that settles the body and quiets the mind.
