Still in his early adulthood, he has exceptional knowledge covering a broad range of Artists and Genres from even Eras before his time! Late 2011: Bassel, on a mission of self-discovery, decided to put his abilities to the test and began mixing at home in his spare time. It wasn’t very long before he was feeling confident enough to put himself through the real test of performing in front of a crowd. Here’s the best bit… It all began on a boat! As friends and companions gathered for a party on a boat, Bassel geared himself up to share his new found skills amongst his group. It was clear from then that he owned a natural ability to perform mash-up sessions, without any fear of mixing completely different genres and making it work! From here, DJ Baz was born! Early 2012: With his new found talent, Baz decided to take on Lava Nightclub and get himself performing in front of his friends and acquaintances in a well-planned private party. His energy and charisma, combined with his eclectic taste for music got him a massive audience for his debut which in return gave him amazing feedback and encouragement. Mid 2012: Everyone’s talking about “DJ Baz”… He was invited by “DJ Roger Choueiry”; Resident DJ of Qatar’s famous "Club 7” and “Madison Piano Bar”, as a guest DJ to perform along-side 6 other DJ’s in Club 7’s special “7 DJ’s @ 7” Event in mid-July. From there, Baz hosted and performed an URBAN night every Monday at SwissBell's Windows Club. For 6 months crowds flowed in and out of that joint, and for the first time in Qatar, people danced to the never played before beats of reggae, calypso, soca, afrobeats, dancehall and reggaton. It was from the Dj booth of this club that afro-carribean vibes were introduced to Doha's party crowds. The early summer of 2013: The Crystal Lounge of Doha's W hotel launched the opening of their first Monday night performances with inviting Baz to spin funky, retro sessions on Crazy Mondays along side Dj Tobias, the Lounge's resident Dj. The launch was such a success that Baz came back 4 other times to mash it up with Tobias in what has become the best Monday night party location in town. Baz is currently the Friday night resident Dj at the Pearl Lounge at the Marriott Hotel. He performs an Urban session with mash-ups that range from soca to rap.. and everything in between. Baz spins the main performance at the beach parties that the Hotel hosts throughout the year. Baz has set the Pearl Lounge alive with massive warm up sets for all of Dubai's Jamrock performances in Doha as well as other International Djs who have performed at the Club such as Dubai's Dj Sabrina and Dj Anya, Amsterdam/Lebanon's Legend Dj Fady Ferraye. https://www.facebook.com/its.djbaz ================ ★ DJ KAYJAY ★ ================ KayJay DJ & Promoter - ""People's love and respect, is all what a DJ needs to be in the top."" Born in Doha-Qatar, KayJay's career in the music industry started in 2005 as a hobby, and shortly after that he started playing House and Deep House music in many local events which was the basis of his strong start. In 2009 DJ KayJay started his brand "Sound & Light" (if you can imagine it , we can do it) and in 2012 sound and light become one of the best quality sound and light solutions provider when it comes to customer service, high end equipment or overall professional attitude. In 2013 DJ KayJay was invited as guest DJ to perform in one of the best success yearly events in Doha ( 7 in Club 7).
